About us

NEL80 - also known as Enfield Computer Club - is one of the oldest, continuously running computer clubs in the UK, having been founded in 1980. This small club, whose members now tend to be over 50's, meets monthly on the first Sunday in the month from 10.30 - 5pm. There is no rigid programme of events. Members bring along their own PC, or more usually these days, a laptop where they work on their own projects, or seek advice from more experienced members. Members have various interests including video editing, editing photographs with PhotoShop, digiitising family photographs, converting LPs to digital form etc.
There is no annual subscription but attending members pay a contribution towards the hall hire (currently £6) when they attend. First attendance is FREE.
